I thank God for languages. But learning a language is not easy for me. I do regret not learning it when I was a kid, and then not learning it when my son was a kid (we could have learned it together), but that’s water under the bridge. Now I’m doing the best I can with the little time I have and learning Mandarin Chinese as a hobby. I’ve used other apps and watched paid video lessons, but seems to me that I’ve stuck with Duolingo the longest. Day 620 in a multi-year streak, y’all!
